Beth introduced the lesson, taught the life stages of a butterfly using the big book, and concluded with a song about butterflies. She appeared confident. She kept the attention of the students.

When teaching a song, it is always good to read the words out loud first. Then sing it to the children and finally ask them to sing along. Sing it a few times together or maybe the girls and then the boys.
